You will need:
-5 cups of sugar
-$700 billion
-A propaganda machine
-The executive branch of the U.S. government
-Human rights organizations
-Something to quiet that pesky conscience
Preheat the oven to 451 degrees.
Convince the leader to turn over all weapons of mass destruction. You will likely need to use all of the sugar in this step.
Impose crippling economic sanctions.
Allow to simmer for a few months.
You will start to see some bubbles as you bring it to boil. These are the rebel groups. Arm them.
The leader will respond to the unrest. Use a rolling pin to smooth out any discrepancies before placing into the propaganda machine.
With the help of the human rights organizations, incapacitate the leader. This can be done using a fly swatter to impose a “no-fly zone.”
Use a masher to finish the job. Alternatively, you may use bombs, missiles, or drones.
Extract as much oil as possible. You may need a strainer for this.
Place the evidence into the oven and bake until burnt to a crisp.
